Gina Caserta is a 24 year-old graduate student, who, after spending months in search of ways to alleviate the cost of schooling, came across a scholarship website that asked if students could write about their sexual assault “…in less than 500 words”. While it advertised for submissions to be used as a way to "educate" the public on the reality of sexual assault, the scholarship prompt granted the website to have complete ownership of such submissions.
Therefore, without being subjected to the harsh limitations and questionable business practices, Gina lends her experience to assist in educating the public on the true reality of sexual assault, through her debut memoir “In Fifty Pages or More”.
